LES TERRASSES DE L'OCEAN residence in Audierne is located 300m from Trescadec's fine sandy beach and 800m from the nearest shops. This entirely pedestrianised residence is made up of a group of small 3-storey buildings (no lift; access via staircase) overlooking the Ocean and offering beautiful panoramic views from all the apartments.


Practical information

Prices are per accommodation, per week (6/7-31/8: Saturday-Saturday)
Short breaks: (2 nights min.; can be booked up to 1 month before departure; subject to availability) include bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette)
Not included: security deposit (400 euros/unit), local tourist tax, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned on departure): 45-65 euros. Mid-stay cleaning available on request (enquire locally)

AUDIERNE is only a stone's throw away from the Pointe du Raz and the Baie des Trepasses (Bay of the Dead) - ideal for water sports - and 32km from Quimper. This charming seaside resort has a fishing port as well as a yacht port and a fine sandy beach in Trescadec. There is a lively atmosphere with many bars, restaurants, cafes, creperies and various shops dotted along the beautiful coastline.
