LES TERRASSES DE L'OCEAN residence in Audierne is located at the foot of the Sentier des Douaniers G34 hiking trail, 300m from Trescadec's fine sandy beach and 800m from the nearest shops. This entirely pedestrianised residence is made up of 51 apartments spread over several small 3-storey buildings (no lift; access via staircase) overlooking the Ocean and offering beautiful panoramic views from all the apartments.

AUDIERNE is only a stone's throw away from the Pointe du Raz and the Baie des Trepasses (Bay of the Dead) - ideal for water sports - and 32km from Quimper. This charming seaside resort has a fishing port as well as a yacht port and a fine sandy beach in Trescadec. There is a lively atmosphere with many bars, restaurants, cafes, creperies and various shops dotted along the beautiful coastline.
