Not included: security deposit (300 euros/unit), local tourist tax, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned on departure): 50-60 euros. Mid-stay cleaning available on request (enquire locally)

10km from the larger town of Dinard (nicknamed the "Pearl of the Emerald Coast"), Saint-Briac is a small, traditional Breton fishing port and a charming base for exploring the surrounding area, such as Mont Saint-Michel (60km away). Saint-Briac is just 17km from Saint-Malo, making it a convenient and easy reach destination from the UK.
