Terms and Conditions
If you have booked a stay in one of our Lagrange residences displaying the following logo 
- On one of the Groupe Lagrange websites.
- Directly from the reception of a Groupe Lagrange residence.
- Over the phone from a Lagrange call centre.
and you find a cheaper price for the same holiday booked, for the same dates, and available at time of request :
- Whatever the day you reserved your holiday.
- only once per reservation
- At least 30 days before the start date of your stay.
- On one of our websites or on the website of a retailer.
We are committed to offering you the best price
This offer only applies to an exact same stay where :
- Residence et type of accommodation are identical.
- Dates of stay are identical.
- Terms and Conditionsare identical (particularly when it concerns the cancellation and amendment of a stay).
- The offer only applies to the accommodation price, and does not include booking fees and extra services.
Request Prodecure
Your request will have to be sent by email to the following address service.client@groupe-lagrange.com 30 days before the start date of your stay at the latest.
Your email must contain the following information:
- A copy of the confirmation invoice sent by Lagrange.
- A screen capture of the website page from the Lagrange website or the retailer’s website :
- displaying the same holiday at a cheaper price and in the same currency as the one you paid;
- showing the last stage of reservation (before payment) displaying all the elements of your order.
- After verification by our services and if all the terms and conditions of this guarantee are fulfilled :
- A refund for the difference on the price of your stay will be granted accordingly.
- You will then be sent a confirmation email accepting or refusing the guarantee (if it does not fulfil all conditions)
- If the guarantee is applied, an amended version of the accommodation voucher and invoice will be sent.
- If you had already paid the final balance, the difference in price will be refunded.
** We will not accept any incomplete request or requests over the telephone.
The guarantee can only be requested once per reservation, regardless of changes in subsequent prices. **
Exclusions
The price guarantee only concerns accommodation at the rates applicable to the non-professional buyer and available to book, excluding in particular :
- « Group rates », « Work Council rates », and « Seminar rates ».
- « Company rates » and « long-stay » (for stays exceeding 28 nights).
- « Packages »
- Promotional vouchers, promotional codes, gift vouchers et « chèques vacances ».
