2Full refund and “Covid-19” guarantee
In the event of a Covid-19-related impediment, even on the day of departure, we will reimburse you if the following reasons apply :
- Government measures restricting travel to your holiday destination when
- Borders have been closed between your country or region of origin and your country or region of destination.
- Quarantine measures have been put into place for holidaymakers travelling to their holiday destination. - The closure of the reserved holiday residence (Lagrange residences or any other suppliers’)
- You or a member of your party had a positive result to Covid-19 PCR tests.
- You are required to observe a period of quarantine by doctor’s order.

Our best-price guarantee ensures that we can price match if you find a cheaper price for the same holiday booked in a Lagrange residence (displaying the Lagrange Vacances logo) for the same dates and available at time of request.

- All stays in a Lagrange Vacances residence booked from 21/09, benefit from the HOLIDAY GET-AWAY (Offre EVASION) conditions, whatever the promotional offer chosen (Flash Sales, Ventes Privées Lagrange, Special Offers)
- If your arrival on site takes place more than 30 days, after you confirmed your booking, you will have the choice at the end of the booking procedure to not pay any deposit, using the « EVASION » system of payment
- The settlement of your reservation will have to be done at the latest 30 days before your arrival on site via My Account.
You are free to settle your reservation in instalments and with various debit or credit cards for a minimum amount of €50 or £5. - If you are in possession of a Refund Credit Note and would like to use it, you will have the choice at the end of the booking procedure to not pay any deposit, using the « REFUND CREDIT NOTE » system of payment
