Short breaks (2 nights min.; can be booked up to 1 month before departure; subject to availability) include bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette)
Not included: security deposit (300 euros/unit), local tourist tax, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned on departure): 45-65 euros. Mid-stay cleaning available on request (enquire locally)

Biscarrosse-Plage is located in the Landes area of Aquitaine, 45 miles from Bordeaux and 20 miles from Arcachon. Most activities offered by the resort focus mainly on the ocean, and while boasting a fine sandy beach and lakes, the closeness of Biscarosse to some of the finest pine forests in the area makes it ideal for walks and cycle rides.

Other activities

A wide variety of activities are available in Biscarrosse-Plage, including watersprts such as sailing, diving, surfing, canoeing and kayaking, as well as walking trails, cycle paths and horse riding through the forests and along the coastline, sports including tennis, mini-golf, squash, archery and beach volleyball. The resort also offers museums dedicated to Biscarrosse's history. folklore and traditions, as well as restaurants serving local specialities.

Practical information

Biscarrosse is a well-equipped resort and offers all necessary modern facilities and amenities, including doctors and pharmacies, a nursery and beach club for children, a munipcial swimming pool, restaurants serving local specialities, and beaches which are supervised from mid-June to the beginning of September.
