Deep in the heart of the Pyrenees, just 20km from Spain, the Aure Valley is full of hidden treasures just waiting to be discovered. Amateur mountain bikers will love the variety of trails on both sides of the Pyrenees (Aure, Louron and Campan velleys on the French side, as well as la Sierra de Guara and the desert of Bardenas on the Spanish side).
For those who prefer putting your foot in a stirrup there are plenty of wide spaces ideal for horse riding including through the forest, around lakes and across the plain.
With a range of altitudes from 500m to 1200m, you can have a go at paragliding in Saint-Lary and realise your dream of flying...
