The PARIS-BOULOGNE Apart'hotel residence in Paris/Pont de Sevres is situated in the Boulogne-Billancourt area of the city and is a 5 min. walk from the Billancourt metro stop (line 9), a 7 min walk from the tramway stop to Porte de Versailles, a 15 min. metro ride from the Eiffel Tower, a 20 min. metro ride from the Champs Elysees, 3 metro stops from Roland Garros, the Parc des Princes Stadium, the new Jean Bouin Stadium and 10km from Versailles (direct bus from Pont de Sevres). This residence is located in the brand new "Les Rives de Seine" area (which used to be the Renault car plant) and is a couple of minutes' walk from the Seine Musicale on the Ile Seguin. Accommodation is in 97 apartments spread across seven storeys (with lift).
