L'ile Saint-Martin

L'ILE SAINT MARTIN residence in Cap d'Agde is part of a high standard development set on a private, pedestrianised island in the heart of the port, 1km from the beach and 100m from the closest shops. This residence is made up of 64 semi-detached houses with private outdoor whirlpool and mooring rights. There are private jetties around the island holding boats up to 25m long (Please contact reception - mooring ring allocated according to boat size - state at time of booking).

Situated 25km from picturesque Beziers and the port of Sete, Cap d'Agde is one of the top destinations on the French coastline. The resort, home to volcanic cliffs and a black sand beach, as well as golden sandy beaches and a lively port, is the only rocky headland on the Languedoc coast. Life in Cap d'Agde revolves around the port with quaint squares and buzzing quays, making it the perfect year-round holiday destination to escape with family and friends.
