From the old mining village of Plagne 1800 to the cosy pedestrianised Belle Plagne (2050m) at the foot of the Bellecote glacier cable car via the central slopes of Plagne-Villages (2050m) and the modern charm of Aime 2000, La Plagne brings together six high-altitude resorts, all ski-in/ski-out and interlinked by slopes and a free shuttle bus service.
Practical information and leisure
The individual resorts and villages within the wider LA PLAGNE ski domain are all easily accessible via coach transfer or taxi from Chambery (115km), Geneva (150km) and Lyon (190km) airports, as well as by train from the Aime station (15-20km)
The villages of LA PLAGNE are well-equipped and offer all necessary amenities, such as doctors, physios and pharmacies, cashpoints, bars, restaurants and local shops.
