Practical information and leisure
Les Saisies is easily accessible by shuttle bus from Albertville train station (approx. 45 min). Please note: there is no shuttle bus service from Sallanches train station, only a taxi service. The resort is well-equipped and has all necessary amenities, including doctors, physios and pharmacy, banks and cash machines, a post office, and launderette, as well as a range of bars and restaurants and local shops.

Sports and leisure
Les Saisies offers a wide range of outdoor activities and sports for visitors of all athletic abilities to try, including rambling, mountain biking, quad biking and bungee jumping, as well as a wide range of mountain activities such as climbing, canyoning, and mountaineering.
The resort also offers a leisure park, complete with bouncy castle, trampolines, a dragon-themed island, plus horse-riding trails, a range of whitewater sports including rafting and canoë-rafting. Les Saisies also has several restaurants, a cinema and a nightclub.
