The LES RESIDENCES ski apartments in Avoriaz are apartments located in several different buildings throughout the resort (including the Ruches, Snow, Portes du Soleil, Cap Neige, Alpage, Fontaines Blanches, Intrets, Crozats, Tilia, Datcha etc. buildings).
All the building which make up this residence are equipped with lifts and are located between 100m and 800m from the resort centre and the ski lifts.

A veritable paradise for skiers and snowboarders, the Portes du Soleil ski domain offers a whopping 650km of slopes bordered by picturesque pine forests and served by 211 ski lifts.
Avoriaz itself offers a snowpark, as well as a slope adapted to include a half-pipe and jumps, so that freestyle skiers to test their most impressive tricks in a safe environment.

Cross-country skiing

Avoriaz offers 39km of off-piste skiing, including free access to 8 sumptuous, well-maintained slopes.

The area

For those who prefer not to ski, Avoriaz also offers opportunities to try snowshoeing and dog-sledding, as well as bars and restaurants for relaxing in the evenings with a glass or two of "vin chaud".

Practical information

Avoriaz can be easily reached by rail from the UK, and is just a short coach transfer from both Thonon and Cluses train station.
