Les Arcs is a network of 4 independent resorts located in the heart of the Tarentaise, on the edge of the Vanoise Massif. Each resort offers a wide range of facilities, with Arc 1800 being the largest and livliest of the four. Arc 1800 is divided into the four villages of Charvet, Villards, Charmettoger and Chantel and is south-facing - great for any skiers who love to feel the sun on their face.
All 4 sites are pedestrianized, and free outdoor or payable covered parking is available on the outskirts of the resorts. The four resorts are linked by a free shuttle bus service.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
As part of the expansive PARADISKI domain which links the resorts of Champagny, Les Coches, La Plagne and Peisey-Vallandry to Les Arcs, skiers will have access to 200km of ski runs served by 54 lifts. Les Arcs is also well-served by the ESF French Ski School, who offer lessons to both children and adults for full and half-day sesions.
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
Cross-country skiers and off-piste daredevils visiting Les Arcs can explore 15km of cross-country trails, access to which is free of charge all season.

The four Les Arcs resorts are all easily accessible by coach or shuttle bus from Bourg Saint Maurice train station.
